Druv Industrial Services Pvt Ltd is a specialised facility management company that provides cleaning and maintenance services for Industries, Warehouses, Factories and other similar establishments.
Started in April 2021, the company is catering to over 7 Million Sq Ft of warehouse space in Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore.
As an organisation, Druv works towards adding significant value to the clients businesses by providing tailor made services based on budgets, requirements, frequency and circumstances.

An Engineering degree (ECE) , and double Masters in Management (MBA, Guindy College of Engineering and Leeds University, UK) propelled his vision to create and curate a company of his own. Pradeep previouly handled Banking in ICICI Bank and currently is the Founder & Head of Chipware, a Fire Safety & e Security Company for the past 13 years

Smitha Pradeep handles Operations & Finance. Smitha is a highly responsible and committed individual with over 20 years of experience in (GE, Frost & Sullivan, Standard Chartered) Customer Service, Recovery, Business Development, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Corporate Training (Nokia) and Operations.
Paulpandi P
General Manager
An Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
He started his career with Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (NLC) as a trainee and retired as Deputy General Manager with over 35 years of experience in Operations, Maintenance & Erection of electrical equipment’s in Mines and Thermal Power plants in Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu.
Gokul Ram Ramachandran
Business Development
Gokul holds a dual degree in Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIPM, Chennai and International Management Institute (IMI) in Brussels.
He handles Business Development in Druv Industrial Services Pvt Ltd. Gokul has experience in the fields of International Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service and Operations in companies like ABN Amro and Media Mix.
